Refund Policy: ISHANA Foundation is committed to transparency and donor satisfaction. In the event of a cancellation request, verified donations will be refunded to the donor’s account.

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures.
• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the donation.
• Exceptions: Donations made through promotional campaigns, matched contributions, or third-party platforms may be subject to specific refund conditions, communicated at the time of donation.
• Verification: All refund requests are subject to verification to ensure authenticity and compliance with our policies.

Grievance Redressal

ISHANA Foundation values the trust of its donors and is committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
